GRADUATION PATHWAYS

A key component of our Career Readiness Pathway is the integration of industry-standard safety training and hands-on technical experience. By participating in the OSHA-10 Certification program, YESPhilly participants gain high-value safety credentials recognized by employers across the construction and trade sectors.

Professional Training Competencies:

  • Precision Measurement: Technical application of measurement tools for industry standards.

  • Structural Fundamentals: An introduction to framing and architectural basics.

  • Safety Compliance: Completion of federal OSHA-10 safety protocols.

The "YESPhilly Difference"

Upon completion of their Service-Learning hours and project milestones, participants earn a formal Certificate of Completion. Health & Safety Credentials

We equip our participants with life-saving skills and professional liability training through industry-standard certifications:

  • AHA/Red Cross CPR & First Aid: Professional-grade emergency response training.

  • Childcare & Babysitting Safety: Foundational training for careers in early childhood education and specialized care.

  • ServSafe Food Safety: National Restaurant Association certification, essential for leadership roles in the hospitality and culinary sectors.

Technical & Trade Skills

Participants engage in rigorous, hands-on labs to gain foundational trade knowledge and federal safety compliance:
